If you buy for 470 euro you think that they give you at least a beauty bag but instead I received a lot of excuses that they don't have anything to give for the moment...one year ago it was the same...so it's a long moment.
And the prices are day by day almost like in the normal shop so where's my advantage to buy there?

Bought a package of products recommended by the salesperson and it was missing of the three products. I called on the same day for a solution, and it wasn’t their fault. The salesperson wasn’t even sorry, and she told me to come back (2h30 route). Now I’m still waiting for a solution one month later. I’m not happy.
