Bought a Villette l'Amour from them from Decathlon Belgium 2.5 years ago. The bike is ok, the problem is the after-service. The Bafang motor that they are using is not serviced by many repair points in Antwerp, actually I fail to find any. Decathlon doesn't want to repair it and Villette hasn't answered in already more than 2 weeks, after taking a week to answer the first message. So I stay for one month with an electric bike with a non-functional electric system and no way to fix it for now... They did help 1-2 years ago when it broke and it was under warranty, now it seems that they are not interested.

I would not buy a bike from Villette anymore... too much hassle.
