Found them by accident and now my first choice for underwater photo equipment.
I've used them a few times now and honestly I can't fault them at all.
First class customer service, quick to respond to any questions and have recently gone above and beyond to get my video light to me in Cyprus.

A fish eye dome had a scratch so a dome replacement was needed - this was not available in UK but was available from UWCamerastore. The customer service and general communication were second to none. I was kept informed about timings and costs at every step - UW Camerastore is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with - just superb!! (I also purchase a new strobe from them at the same time!!)

I had a problem with a plastic ring that failed on my wide angle port, my supplier could not get my replacement to me before I left for the Red Sea, I asked if UWCamerastore could help...they pulled out every single stopper for me and got me my replacement in time for testing let alone of the trip, these guys are the best, nothing is too much trouble, thank you team.

Very nice people, helped me a lot with my Light&Motion housing. Of course, getting the parts took a while, but that was what I were told before. Now everything works fine again. Also a very good communication via mail!

I'm a regular customer, but I never had one negative experience. On the contrary, I'm often amazed by how good their service is. Torch was broken, but the brand didn't want to repair it. UWcamerastore gave me a new one. I forgot something in the shop, they sent it to me for free. I can go on.
