My wife and I shopped at Maxaro in Hoofddorp to prepare for our bathroom remodel. We made an appointment and work with Rose. Rose is very professional and very knowledgeable. We like how the showroom is layout. Basically, you can easily visualize what you are getting. Rose helps us how to mix and match our bathroom sink and cabinet. We highly recommend Maxaro. They have good delivery service and all their products are very reasonable price.

Maxaro probably has the best customer service ever, I'm talking going back four years. In 2019, when we bought shower panels from them, it was not installed properly by shady contractors and we were unable to do anything since the construction company went bankrupt. We contacted Maxaro recently with some photos and they told us it's not right how it's currently installed, they send some parts for free and with user manual, my husband was able to reinstall it himself. It is so nice to have a spare working shower again that is useable and 100% leakproof. Thanks again Maxaro!

Maxaro probably has the best customer service I have ever experienced. An item we received was damaged. I’ve sent an email with photos of the damage and received a new item the next day free of charge. It’s a company you can rely on %100.

The Maxaro team are great to work with, a few hicups with the stock and tiles but altogether great service.
A special shout out to Thomas who really went over and beyond to assist on several queries. Really great to deal with him, friendly and very customer focused.

Lots of choices, great service. Return period is 365 days, that's unbeatable by any other suppliers. I've recently a bunch of tiles & shower glass from them and of course, I ordered too many tiles + wrong size and they came to pick them all up properly. The delivery & pick up service is what stands out the most to me, home owner without a car !

Never been called to arrange delivery before. Great stuff. The delivery guy was superb - unable to drive his truck into our street, he carted this insanely heavy shower door 200 yards to the house. Excellent company, highly professional.
