Found the bass I’ve been looking for months, but I was skeptical about the purchase because I never heard of this company before. Contacted them, and they almost immediately replied, told every bit of info regarding the instrument, sent photos, and they even offered free stuff for me. Every person on the chat was super friendly and helpful, they shipped the bass right after the purchase. The instrument arrived well packaged, secured, and it was flawless, just like they advertised. I even contacted them after the delivery, thanking them for the awesome customer service.

I’ve been shopping from instrument stores around Europe for the past twelve years, but they’ve been really far from the experience regarding customer service and support that I’ve experienced at The Fellowship of Acoustics.

Simply put: TFOA is the best guitar shop in the world!

A very beautiful and friendly place for guitars. They allow you to play all the available guitars without having to ask. Even the expensive ones. (Maybe except the very very expensive ones).
So many awesome guitars to play with and choose.
If you are planning to buy, make sure to focus on that type of guitar. So many distractions.
It was a long trip, but worth it!
But now we are in love with the Suhr classic T....

For me this is by far the best guitar shop in Europe. Incredible selection of of big and Boutique Brands, electric and acoustic, New and used. Personnel is competent and friendly, each and everyone. For me this is herren!

Just received my new Lowden.
Arrived in time.
Had to send it back because a strap button was forgotten, and the case got bumped during the transport. The case was changed, the strap button placed, and my guitar was back in one week.
Great (and patient) customer service: they keep you in touch for your order, and answer anything you ask them (even if you ask 5 different price offers for 5 different configurations of your guitar!).
First time that I order something at this store, but certainly not the last!

A very nice shop to simply loose yourself in the most beautiful guitar collection there is! Aside from the great stock, the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The thing I just love the most is that you can actually try, touch, smell and feel the guitars.

I recently traded two excellent guitars for another two beauties which had taken my fancy. Each time the staff at TFOA were all patient and pleasant, as well as being competent and providing me with extra photos and even a video demoing the acoustic I was interested in buying. Cannot speak to highly of TFOA. My experience was wonderful. They offered very fair prices on my trade-ins, which helped convince me to invest in my new guitars. The guitars I bought were shipped quickly and safely. The setup was exactly what I requested. I’ll definitely buy from them again, and intend to visit their shop when I can. Thanks!

So far the best Music Store in the Netherlands. The place, only by it self, is really nice. For guitar lovers, like myself, there are some many great options and the staff is friendly and patient as trying stuff before buying is a must for me (spent 2 hours there to buy my amp). Summarizing, if you are looking for good stuff, fair prices and nice staff, you for sure will be pleased i this place.

I recently purchased a 5-string bass I was looking for, the first one I buy online from Germany without visiting the shop.
The website showcases a wide choice and it’s easy to walk through, the personnel is super kind, professional and supportive, the communication prompt and complete. So in a matter of hours I had all I needed to trust the vendor and go for it.
The end-to-end purchase experience was just smooth from product selection to delivery. The instrument came with a very protective packaging arranged by the shop. It looks and sounds great, having been checked and set up in-house according to my preferences.

I bought a very fine mandolin from the FoA and I am very pleased with my purchase and overall service from the company. The mandolin had been very carefully packed and shipped to Greece with safety. Recently ordered an Eastman OM model and contacted the staff several times in the process. Every single time I received a thorough, polite and informative answer to my questions as well as additional photos of the guitars I was interested in. I'm very happy with the level of service provided by TFOA, which made the process of buying a guitar online excellent. When I received the guitar, it was completely as promised, packaged well, set up excellently, polished and ready to play. Great job by the workshop. I believe this kind of service and attention to detail is a rarity these days. I wish I could have visited the beautiful shop though - maybe some other time. I’ve recently traded in a high-end acoustic guitar for another. All of this basically via email. I have to say I’m still seriously impressed how genuinely nice everyone was and how quickly I always got a response to any question. Unfortunately, the guitar I received had a faulty pick up system. And here again: the service and response was very fast and professional and genuinely nice. All this I can say for at least three or four people that have responded along the chain to email. All across the board very friendly and professional.

Excellent customer service! The selection at this store is far beyond standard. The store is super nice and a great place to spend time with some really high-end custom and vintage guitars. Communication via Email was always courteous and all my inquiries were answered promptly and in the best possible way. I would unreservedly recommend TFOA to anyone looking for a high-end Martin guitar.

Absolutely fabulous store with great choice in instruments. I wanted to buy about 15 guitars! Very friendly and helpful staff and a complimentary coffee for myself and my wife and juice for the kids topped off the experience. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful store.

Amazing shop with some extraordinary guitars. Even though I'm not a great guitarist the staff was friendly, helpful and treated us great. After an afternoon of testing I bought the best guitar I own of a guitar builder I hadn't even heard of before I dropped by The Fellowship of Acoustics.

There were some problems with my trade-in guitar but they were resolved quick and in a friendly manner. With such good service and such a variety of great guitars they've won me over as a customer for life!
