Voedselbos Texel

I went to Voedselbos Texel with my kids, and we had a great time. The best part was picking berries. The kids loved it, and it was fun to be out in nature with them. Seeing them so happy picking ripe, juicy berries was really nice.

But there was more to do at Voedselbos Texel. They had yummy cakes and coffee too. After picking berries, we treated ourselves to some delicious cakes. They were so good, especially with a cup of coffee. It was a perfect afternoon treat.

The whole place had a nice vibe. Being in nature, picking berries, and relaxing in the cozy cafe made it a special day for everyone. The staff were really nice too, which added to the fun.

Yes! I definitely recommend Voedselbos Texel to families, friends, or anyone looking for a fun day out. Whether you like picking berries, eating yummy cakes, or just enjoying the peaceful surroundings, you'll have a great time at this awesome place.

Perfect strawberries! 4€ per kilo for self-harvesting is absolutely fine, because it is easy and quick and you can snack some too. Delicious strawberry food to have in a beautiful garden. A must do with Kids.

A perfect place to go for strawberry picking. Went to this place on June 10th and it was a perfect time for self picking due to the abundant ripe strawberries. It was the most satisfying self picking experiences I’ve ever had in NL so far.

Really nice place to visit to pick fruits and vegetable by yourself. It was a super fun and peaceful moment to enjoy after a day of cycling on the island. Great experience, with friendly staff and super tasty fruits (the strawberries are AMAZING, super sweet!).

A nice Berry garden with lots of varieties of berries. You can eat whatever you like but not allowed to carry anything outside. We enjoyed the fresh strawberries and blue berries so much. It's certainly is a nice evening outing.

One of things to do in Texel! Good farm with strawberries. We can pock our own! Good for 👪 visit! Can buy in-house jam, spreads!

This is for sure an experience that I truly enjoyed. Having the opportunity to eat directly from the plants is amazing. The best part off course was the strawberries: they were sweet, delicious and tasted amazing. In the end I also bought their fresh mint, which is so healthy that it started creating roots and I will now replant.

Great place in texel, 4.5€ pp and get to eat lot of fruits.. Good place to spend time with family and kids.

It's awesome to go inside and be able to pick up your vegetables and fruits from the trees.

Awesome place! So peaceful, beautiful, very nicely organised. Strawberries are delicious!
But be careful listening to instructions, especially if you don't speak Dutch, since not everything can be picked, but there's not much signs...

Excellent park where you can harvest your own strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cucumbers & tomatoes by yourself. Fresh and supper tasty directly from the plants. Excellent for the families with young kids for educational experience. Highly recommended

Lovely garden where you can pick your own fruit. Awesome strawberries and ice-cream. Theres also a nice and quiet place to sit and enjoy a coffee.

Beautiful garden where you can harvest your own herbs, vegetables and fruits. We were a bit late in the season (final week actually) so most of the fruits were already gathered - but it was still a very nice and fun experience!
