Sta je, op zondag, voor de winkel... gesloten! Terwijl op de site staat dat ze tot 17:00 uur geopend zijn. Kunnen we mooi terug tuffen naar Zwolle.

Mijn man vind niks mooi alleen de modellen op de site

Ze verkopen leuke producten, maar de service is slecht als er wat is. Ze reageren niet op mail van de klantenservice en ook telefonisch hang je zo een half uur of uur in de wacht en dan nog wordt de telefoon er 'per ongeluk' uitgegooid, kun je weer opnieuw beginnen. Heel irritant!!! Vooral omdat je dan gewoon weer uren hangt en geen reactie krijgt. Bij de mail van de klantenservice zeggen ze binnen 72 u te reageren.... hoe lang duurt 72 uur??? 14 dagen??? een maand???
