I bought a car from them and had a great experience. Melissa was really helpful, sent me a lot of photos and a video with the car, explained the entire process and helped me make decisions. I paid for the car with a wire transfer and also paid a third party company for transportation to Bucharest. Everything worked perfectly. Perhaps I was lucky, I bought the car online, only seeing it in photos and videos, but everything is in perfect order and I'm very happy with the acquisition.

Flevo is one of my best used car exprience. Very serious and professional business. Nazir made the car ready for test drive and Melissa did the paperwork. They speak English and German. They included the export plates and insurance in price of the car which is quite rare and even put new battery in. They do not accept cash payment (because of some law) so have money ready in bank for transfer.

Recently I bought a Jaguar XF from FlevoMobile. The process was straightforward, the car was as shown on the pictures. The reason why I am writing this review is the minor fault I experienced with my new car and the way FlevoMobile handled it.
Even though it was a minor fault, it wasn't covered with the guarantee you get when you purchase the car. Nevertheless, I decided to take my car there, since they seemed genuine when I was buying the car. Long story short, the guys fixed the car and didn't charge me anything. I really felt good, and I like the way they treat an old customer.
From that moment, I was even more convinced that these guys were genuine, which is the most important thing when you consider where to buy a car.

Just bought a car from Flevo Mobiel. Currently I am waiting until it will be transported to my country. Yes, I was a bit worried, because it was my first time when I am buying a car without physically seeing it before, just believing what the manager is saying to me. But believe me, manager Roderick Kreunen was very professional and helpful. He gave the answers to all my questions related to this car and helped to prepare all the necessary stuff that I would be able to transport that car as fast as it's possible. bought a car a month ago, all went well until there was the transmission sign pops up on the dashboard, knowing it wasn't a good sign so I took the car to Honda for diagnoses. dang! the clutch needs to be replaced and its gonna cost a lot of money. then i called FlevoMobile right after the diagnose cuz i remember they said if there is an issue i can always call them. aaand they helped me changing the clutch for free!
