Dutch Bike Bits

The owner, David Hembrow, is very knowledgeable about bikes. I had to email him several times to change my order and he responded promptly and was helpful, providing technical expertise. It is obvious he is passionate about bicycles and knows his business.
He really went the extra mile, describing the product in detail. Specifically, I was having trouble deciding whether to use a 7 speed internal hub or a 3 speed internal hub. Because of his input I was able to make the right decision; for me a 3 speed is the best choice.
David is the real deal and I will be ordering from him again.

I've Ordered a few things from Dutch Bike Bits over the past decade as they're always the highest quality parts. I mistreat this poor old Raleigh roadster appallingly, but the Dutch racks, dynamo lights and bell supplied by DBB have all given no complaint.

I actually have been a customer of Dutch Bike Bits (a front rack for a bicycle) and they're a great small business who really do care. This is an honourable company.

great shop. ordered some more exotic parts, got an email due to changed supply, parts arrived and i am happy. it is not ama*on ffs, so it takes a little longer.

I made an online shop that never arrived and the company doesn't respond to my email asking about this situation.
I already made the payment and I don't have my order neither my money back.

Very disappointed

UPDATE: For the next time do not write in the email that the order takes 1-3 days to arrive.
