Coolblue winkel Tilburg

Very clean and neat store to see all different models of electronics, audio, refrigerators, washing machines etc.. The list goes on and on. Once again people of Coolblue keep on amazing with little details of decorating and a very helpful staff. There's also a reparation center for small electronics and a livingroom if you get tired from walking around in this huge yet comfy store!

I have dealt with polite, friendly persons and they have shown me what i needed ; what's more the shop is very clean.

Have bought here many times. The system works great, a greeter helps you along and when it's your turn, they just call your name. Great for pickup, but also for advice on what's the best option for you.

I ordered online and picked up in store. It was a great experience. Normally I order and get delivered all at home, so I had no prior experience. I am upgrading my laptop and was there with my partner and I was pleased to see they talked about the upgrade with me directly, whilst in my home country normally I get skipped and everyone talks with "the man" because, you know...
It may seem a small thing but to me it was extremely relevant and made the whole experience pleasant. Not to mention it was quick, neat and calm.

Best place to buy electronics. I’m new to Netherlands and I know very little Dutch but the lady at service area was really helpful. I believe it was Melissa. She packed my online order very quick and asked if I know how to use it. Definitely best shop in Tilburg!

Nice shop with picup point, fast delivery and any problem with refund is taking care of immediately.

Prices are very high, but still quality and else is on top, I think some of the people with with about it as a positive and that's why they want to pay more.

I bought there item, and I where not able to return it in 30 days, because of health issue. The return date expired one day before I ask for return, so I wrote an e-mail to coll blue, and they let me to return product :) Helpful stuff and great customer care, totally recommended !!!
