It’s a very large store - you can see many items before you purchase - and open until relatively late. The staff are very knowledgeable and help you make a decision. For large appliances, the staff enter the order in their online system, so you can also buy them online at home after seeing the items. In summary, I’m pleased to have this store in the center of Tilburg.

We were attended by Youri and this guy is the best explaining everything about Apple devices, loan requirements, so we would give 10 over 10.

I love this place. Always good service, good prices. Bought alot of stuff here. Never had to return anything. Buying online to pick up at the store is an awesome service too.

The stuff is always friendly. although I don't speak Dutch they are always welcome to help me. Sometimes there are too few shop stuff compared to customers so you would have a difficult time to catch them.
I bought a wrong model of cooking appliance by mistake. I couldn't have made time to visit here again to return it for more than 4 weeks and finally I visited there again with the purchased product and a receipt. The return process was surprisingly easy and got a credit note, which can be used in the same store and I only paid 5 additional EUR to purchase the upper model I wanted.

Good service and nice workers are always ready too help you. There is a claen air and a fresh look, different from some other stores. In front of the store there is a big place to chill and rest for a while.

I managed to access this shop in order to purchase my wireless waterproof headset and I wish to say that they have a very wide range of electronics of all sorts available. If you drop by in and around Tilburg and need anything related feel free to browse trough their products on the shelves and see what they got. The staff manages to offer good service but at the till when it comes to payment and information related to products on the spot I encountered staff who does not know so many details about the products available in store. Which that can be for example put to place if they give themselves more interest in the available and range of products they sell(aside the assistants in the actual store walking among customers). Aside that everything good and very welcoming and polite which is a huge plus especially with foreign folk and English speakers.
The place accepts Visa debit cards among probably many, or was as I made purchases, which lots of places in Netherlands have trouble in dealing and accepting it.
Would I reccomend the place to shop for stuff? Sure! Is neat. Best regards to good management I suppse.

Staff is incredibly nice and will gladly help you decide on what's the best choice when buying electronics. Anything from earbuds to washing machines can be found in this store.

The media markt is typically the place where i go when i know i need something specific and i want it to have guarenteed high quality. There is plenty of people who can point you in the right direction and you are extremely likely to find the product you are looking for.
