Delivery took a bit longer than usual (other companies in NL), maybe a bit longer that I would have liked, but in the time frame it was stated.
(after ordering I saw the reviews and I got a bit scared - turned out I had a nice experience)

I am writing this because of an excellent service of one person in particular. I had bought 2x Samsung G9 and 1x G9 Odyssey and all of them had dead pixel or broken back light panel. Thanks to Ruben i now have my 4th Odyssey G9 and so far it is good. Ruben checked this personally for me and arranged it for me to pick up and drop the old broken one. Excellent Service Ruben from the RMA department.

I was very skeptical to order from here first because the website seemed a bit sketchy and outdated.

I then asked through the online chat when my product would be delivered and the person was very helpfull, and fast responding.

i ordered friday at 1pm, my pc case came the next day at 11am.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, very fasty service, reliable, no damage to product during delivery, only thing that could need some improvement is the website.

While I initially was a bit skeptical due to some of the negative reviews here, I decided to place my order anyway and I had zero issues at all! Thank you :)

I ordered a GPU from them. With the current shortage on this front they clearly stated that this could take a while. Emails which I sent were answered very fast and appropriately. Even though they could not deliver the GPU eventually because it wasn't being delivered anymore, they did communicate this to me very clearly and helped me with my cancellation and were very helpfull on all the fronts.
In the future for GPU's I would recommend ordering here (if there is no shortage anymore, because they can't promise anything). And for other orders I would recommend this site, because they are very helpfull and help with everything along the way.

Bought an ITX motherboard (Asus ROG Strix x570-i Gaming wifi) right below the market price ✅. One component was broken inside the box, got sent a replacement part the following day ✅. The motherboard is in perfect condition as you'd expect from a big IT manufacturer and reseller. ✅. Arrived within one day, as stated on the website.

You can select from a large range of PC with different configurations. I selected a model that they had in stock, delivery was within 2 days. Great.
I asked for advice with my choice for a certain model, no problem, they helped me very good.

I've bought from the website a motherboard ASUS ROG RAMPAGE VI EXTREME, for a very competitive price. The delivery was planned for 12 days but it has arrived before, perfect conditions and perfectly working.
Due to the reviews I have to say that I was a bit concerned but everything went smooth and I'm happy. No need for customer support.

I cannot judge about the order as I decided to cancel it for personal reasons/unavailability (GPU..) but the customer service was more than excellent, no complaints at all. Kind, fast and professional.
