I liked it very much, the restaurants are full, people know each other, they have nice conversations, we miss these warm-blooded people in Amsterdam, there are historical furs to chat with. There is a memorial place for martyrs, feel very emotional There are parks full of greenery and flowers to read books, there are magnificent views for those who like to take wonderful photographs.

Very lovely commons. A commons is the town center grassy field where the cattle could graze at night. Laren is a lovely luxury suburb of Amsterdam with a lot of nice bars and restaurants, even some decent shopping.
Even in Winter you can sit outside in the bars in a nice atmosphere. Around Yule there is an ice skating rink.

Very cozy Dutch Village with lots of expensive clothing shops another runner, expensive stores, but it’s well worth it

Love the deers, you can feed them too. Sometimes there is a iceskate track or a poffertjes kraam.

Mensen die in de buurt van Laren wonen hoef ik niet te vertellen dat je hier de aller lekkerste poffertjes kunt eten. De bestellingen worden op een leuke manier doorgegeven en je hoeft niet lang te wachten voordat je je poffertjes krijg. Heb je ze nog niet gegeten dan moet je snel zijn want over ruim een week wordt de poffertjeskraam weer afgebroken.
