Apart from the price, they have a good service. People are very helpful and try to answer all your questions politely.

They have free coffee and sandwiches. They have a kids play area.

One Pro Tip - Plan it to come by a car. This will save you time and you can take the floor with you right away.

This is the nicest store I’ve ever been to. Not only are the people very helpful, they also provide you with (good) coffee, snacks, soda, sandwiches, bottles of wine, a chance to win a bike and a free door mat. They also sell good floors!

Amazing service, definitely worth the drive. Ellen helped us find a nice floor and even rewrote our order three times. She explained everything to us and also calculated the amount we needed. They also have a small corner with food and drinks (all prices are excluding VAT but including food and drinks, they say!). We went back a few weeks later to pick up the floor, since it was already paid, we just had to hand out paper to one of the guys and he brought it all next to the car.
