Amazing scenary, quite unique for the Netherlands, because it's on a hillside! Lotsof footpaths to enjoy the nature, but also lovely to pass through with a motorcycle.

Great place to visit with kids. Visitor center has a restaurant however prices are insane little down the road next to the parking lot there is a cheaper alternative.

Fabulous nature, wide views and good hiking paths. Also great for biking and mountain biking. Several hiking paths specific for small children. Again, gorgeous nature.

Beautiful part of the Netherlands. Great national park for walking and cycling. There are lovely woods and hills, but also a large stretch of heather. Recommended.

Simply beautiful. The forests are well maintained and have plenty of wildlife. Highly recommend for long walks or mountain biking.

It is a nice Forrest. But there are many trees cut down at certain places Wich ruined the view.

Town in the Netherlands

Nijverdal is a town of approximately 25,000 inhabitants in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It is the commercial centre of the municipality Hellendoorn. Nijverdal was founded in 1836 on the territory of the hamlet Noetsele. It was here that the industrial revolution in the Netherlands took root.
