WELL WORTH THE ONE STAR MICHELIN!
Warm and cozy interior, the right lighting and a lot of space to dine with privacy....exact. what you could expect from a Michelin star restaurant
Welcome was friendly and we were immediately seated at a table along one of the walls of the restaurant
We enjoyed the introduction of the menu for that evening by the head chef at our table, a nice touch
Amuses bouches, starters, in-betweens, mains and desserts had exquisite taste and were beautifully presented (see images)
Service was attentive and informative with ingredients of all dishes explained one by one, further enhancing the experience
Definitely a venue where we will return and one highly recommended to those after a great culinary experience in a nice environment at great value for money....not always the case when dining in a one star Michelin restaurant

I’ve had an amazing evening in a very nice atmosphere, very well trained staff, and to the point food.
Literally everything was top.
And the surprise came in the end: the price was far less, then I thought.
The friendliness and warmness of the staff was outstanding and the 5 hours I have been there didn’t felt like too long.

This is such an amazing restaurant! When you arrive you are genuinely welcomed with great friendliness in a way you feel immediately at home! The owner explains the menu and his signature dishes with great passion. Every single item on the menu is made with the best ingredients, some of which come from is own biological kitchen garden. Even the fresh sourdough bread is made with flour of the local windmill “De Hoop”. The brigade is young, full of passion and knowledge of the great dishes they serve. The sommeliers provide you with the best choice of wine to accompany your dishes, they even have a wine package that cater for those who still have to drive home! All in all a great restaurant when you want to experience Michelin star dining in a modern and relaxed setting!

Went for lunch this time. Impecable servíce as always, and the food is amazing. 6 courses - with 2 half glasses of wine (by car) - so we went over 100 pp but well worth the money for the lunch flight around the world. Will come back again!

Excellent food, a treat for taste buds and a great combination of flavours. Presentation was also impressive. We were especially impressed with the vegan dish, superb!

My only complaint is about mocktails. We were a non drinking table and most staff didn’t know much about mocktail options. We ordered two out of three suggested and they were really mediocre, more like a soft drink with cordial than a mocktail. Otherwise highly recommended!

Excellent restaurant, exquisite dishes, pure fine and delicious. Excellent service, great personnel, well setup and very fine environment.
This is a must go to for exclusive dinners with friends that enjoy amazing food and service.
Can be reached both from Amsterdam and Utrecht easily.

We had the opportunity to be in this restaurant and it is a great place to be. Not only for the fantastic food, but also the atmosphere inside and outside the restaurant. It is located in a beautiful village, and ...it looks like going back in time. Definitely recommended!

Fine dining in a pleasant modern-rustic setting.

An amazing experience. Where do I start? We booked the 5 course menu which also included a four item amuse bouche selection after an initial taster dish. Everything was beautiful and paired with stunning wines. Great value and somewhere we would love to come back to again. Thank you to all the staff who turned a meal into a celebration of food.

Like MOS in Amsterdam, the team at 't Amsterdammertje understand what makes a restaurant: a little theatre, atmosphere, a complete absence of pretension combined with precise, exquisite dishes, a mastery of flavour, process, and service, and, knowdedgeable, wonderful, funny and charming staff. A complete delight.

't Amsterdammetje surprised us with a choice of well-known great ingredients combined in superb mixes. We had long wanted to go, seeing the general opinion and we weren't disappointed. The 5-course menu, that of course we expanded to 7 was a very tasteful journey of flavours. All along, the staff was always present and nice and the chef himself came...

Amazing restaurant. Really enjoyed this place! Very friendly staff and excellent food. We had 6 courses with amuses and very fine wines and enjoyed everything! We will go back here for sure!
