A must visit for special occasions. The food was amazing, every dish better than the other. The staff were very nice and welcoming. All the dinner experience was great. Tasting menu recommended.

First of all, the location is definitely stunning. The castle, the waters around it. The restaurant itself doesn't hold that many tables, so it is a very comfortable atmosphere. The food was definitely stunning, each course was really good. I especially loved the langoustine and the dessert with yuzu and tropical fruits. The staffs were really friendly as well.
They put little touches here and there to make the experience rounder. When they saw me with a clutch, the brought in a "sheep" (practically a small chair) for my bag. Also topping it a notch is the story on a rolled paper they gave us at the beginning. It makes the experience feel more magical.

Me and my girlfriend had a 7 course diner here and we absolutely loved it. The food was amazing, the sommelier knew everything about the food and all of the matching wines. (We took the wine arrangement)
All of the staff (including the owner of the restaurant) was very kind and welcoming, and they made sure everything was taken care of.

In short this was a spectacular experience.

This is our favorite fine dining spot in the Netherlands! The service is great and the food is incredible. On top of that, the venue itself is worth a visit.

My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary tonight at Kasteel Heemstede. We cannot say just how much we enjoyed dinner with Ollie and his team. The food was absolutely first class, interesting, clearly lovingly prepared and fully matched by the service from his amazing team in this astounding location. It was an experience we will never forget and Ollie's personal touch came through in every aspect of the evening.

Really nice place and service. The summer menú was something to try and enjoy. I just wished we were in another room with better views than in the basement but still we had enjoyed the experience

We have visited this restaurant back in 2017 but since the new chef Ollie Schuiling took over, it has improved in all levels in my opinion. We visited it again this year for a celebration and had a great lunch, with amazing dishes and great service. Of course, the location is also amazing. Definitely recommend for special occasions or if you want to treat yourself.

Great food, great service, amazing setting. If you want a really special eating experience, this should be on your short list.

Lunch will start from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM on Wednesday through Saturday.
At 16:30 we close the restaurant briefly to make everything neat and tidy again for dinner.
In the evening we open our doors for our guests between 18:00 and 19:00.
After dessert you can enjoy the afterglow and we will round  off the evening at 23:30.

Awesome to be back and again exceeded expectations. We had a lovely Saturday night that kept going with great food and wine pairings. Recommended!

What can I say? It's just really good. Not a single miss in terms of food. The only thing is it's not hip, if that's what you're looking for. It is a castle after all, so I feel like this fits well.

We opted in for 7 course tasting menu. It was an incredible experience. I could taste the chefs passion. The team is extremely friendly and very welcoming.

One of our favourite places. Always a super nice experience. Young but very capable staff. Chef is super talented even though being young as well. Food and location is superb. Try grabbing lunch there on a nice weather and seat outside. You will love it.
