Yoga met Jeannette

I followed the course with my three month old baby. It was a great motivator to leave the house during winter ;) Jeanette made us feel very welcome; it did not matter if you needed to pause for a baby meltdown, breastfeeding, nappy change etc... the class continued and you could join as you could. She provides handouts/video at the end so you can easily review anything you missed or forgot. It was also nice to interact with other mamas and babies. I'm just sorry the course only has six lessons and isn't every week :)

I followed the course mama-baby-yoga with Jeannette. I enjoyed it a lot! Having another child at home It was being difficult for me to have full connection times with my 3-months old baby. The classes were great for bonding with my baby and having a time just for the two of us. The course was also very good for taking care of my back muscles and learning correct positions to carry the baby. My daughter also enjoyed the classes, and she always felt comfortable in the room. She was happy to see another babies as well. After the course finished, we have been practicing the yoga routines at home almost every day. Jeannette is a great teacher and she always provided English explanation when required (very nice for non-dutch speakers). I definitely recommend this course.

Ik schreef mij al 2 keer in voor de peuteryoga cursus omdat mijn dochter zo enthousiast was. Mijn belangrijkste inzicht was het contact dat zij samen met de andere kindjes had. Het allerleukste aan de peuteryoga vind ik echt q-time voor ons samen. Ik kan je zeker aanraden om je voor deze cursus aan te melden samen met je kindje! Wij zingen nog wekelijks het yoga-liedje en soms wil ze zelfs 'yogales ipv winkeltje' spelen. 'Namaste mama' Super leuk.
