Hilton Garden Inn Leiden

Great Hilton hotel, the first Garden Inn in Europe (built in 2012). The rooms are fresh and modern, all furniture is simple, but great.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is pretty various and tasty, there is also an option to order an egg dish by a cook which is not always the case in Garden Inn.

In terms of location the hotel is located a bit far away from Leiden (basically it's on the edge of city border) though it's still in walking distance from it.

Would definitely recommend it for a short stay or a weekend getaway. Great value for money.

Great location, rooms, and service. Breakfast is exceptional. Several busses within 2-7 mins walk take you to the train station, from where fast trains will take you to Amsterdam and the airport.

Great hotel! Clean spacious rooms, available parking for a reasonable price of 12,50. Not too far away from the city center, a beautiful park is nearby. The Hague is also not too far. All in all, great value for money.

Very beautiful Hotel with a remarkable level of luxury. It is suitable for individuals, couples and families. It has an excellent level of cleanness. The staff are very professional and friendly. I think it is the best in Leiden.

Nice, modern Hotel with excellent service people in every area (reception, breakfast ...). Also the fitness center is very well equipped. We will definetly come back again.

We had to report 3 broken things in our room. They promised to repair it and it did not affect our stay.we can be happy without a broken lamp shade

Good hotel at good location but a bit pricey compare with similar hotel around. Near with bus stop.

Good hotel in a convenient location if you are travelling from North Germany to the Eurotunnel, as I was. It is about half way on the journey. Leiden is also a very nice town that you should look round if you have time

I've stayed here multiple times over the last couple of years for business and trips with the family and each time I've felt appreciated as Hiltons honors member. Staff is always very friendly and polite, hotel is clean and despite laying next to a very busy motorway, surprisingly quiet at night. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, breakfast in the morning is well prepared and fresh. Coffee to go and plenty of secured parking available.

Sherman, Bo, Sarah speedy service with a smile definitely a great Team! If any visits please recognise these wonderful people worth having as friends !

Fantastic Hotel very close to the City Centre and just about 15 minutes to the beach. We travelled with a dog and they took exceptional care of us, provided toys, food bowls and a full information sheet on all one would need while travelling with a Pet. Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect, small but including everything you need with very fresh ingredients and sustainable, healthy options. Parking on site. Nothing to complain about, will be back.

I loved my stay here. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend staying at this property if you're traveling to the area.
Parking is adequate, rooms are nice, lobby is nice and welcoming, restaurant is good, and location is GREAT! This hotel is convenient to the city center, with easy access to many other great attractions in the area: Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport, The Hague, Keukenhof, museums, Beach areas, European Space Agency's Space Expo in Noordwijk, etc. If you stay here, make sure to spend time in the Leiden city center as well...such a beautiful city! Can't wait to go back.

Good hotel, price / qualitywise very cheap!

Stayed at this hotel for five days. Breakfast is superb. There are both English and Continental choices. Room is very spacious. New water bottles should be provided everyday though. The hotel is located next to the Corpus science museum and conference center, and is only a few minutes by bus from central Leiden.

What a great hotel to stay at. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was fantastic. There was parking on site for 7 euro a day. The hotel is close to several bus stations that go to the Leiden Central Station. There are also bicycles for rent from the hotel. The room was nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Overall a great stay at this Hilton. Would stay again if in the area.

Family rooms available/ multiple rooms. Room service, convenient shops in lobby, gym, elevator, AC in rooms, the window opens, side parking at ground level as well as multi-level parking, breakfast, dinner, drinking lounge, friendly staff, and in a peaceful location.

Needed a room unexpectedly after midnight due to locking myself out in the freezing cold. Viktoria was very kind helping me out. The room and bed were comfortable. Good parking opportunity. Shout out to the cleaning staff as well. Very neat.

Exclusive and excluded location yet still close to the motorway and accessible by bus and cycling to Leiden Central station. Right next to the Corpus Congress if one is attending an event there. The reception area is spacious, clean and staff very polite. I loved it.

Stayed for 2 weeks on a work trip. Hotel staff was friendly and hotel was clean with nice amenities. The hotel is very quiet at night and nice views from rooms on the upper floors. Breakfast at the restaurant was nicely done with excellent bread/pastry items and a selection of cold/hot foods.
