Tea Time

I have been coming here for years, because this is one of the few places I feel safe with my gluten- and lactose intolerance. I have never had problems with the food and the service is great. The atmosphere is lovely, wish I had a house/living room like this!

Better to make reservation. The place is very popular and we could not get a table. However a lady who dealt with us was so kind that she made a nice takeaway picnic set. Sandwich, scones and tea were all excellent. Next time we will definitely make a reservation.

We had the royal tea. This had unlimited tea, sandwiches, scones and sweats. Everything tastes delicious and you can ask for more clotted cream if you wich for.
The decoration and location couldn't be better and felt like a English tea house.
Also the staff is really friendly and nicely dressed.
I would go here again!

The pictures you find on google speak for themselves - just to add that I have been there twice now and service and food was absolute gorgeous.
First time i had a hot chocolates with cones, butter and marmelade in the afternoon - delicious as the ones you get in England, and second time I had a quiche with fresh crisp salad with English tea. Very nice!
The shop near the cashiers is filled with English delicacies (Fudge, cookies, teas, cups, napkins, in the typical English style etc)
I love it and will definitely come back!

Oh…. it might be wise to reserve a table before going. I was both times very lucky to get the last table.

We had a lovely time here - driving 2.5 hours was definitely worth it. We ordered the deluxe with mimosas and two normal high teas, but the amount of food was way too much for the four of us, so we took w doggy bag home with us. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff super friendly and the experience unforgettable!

What a nice place to sit down, relax, enjoy. Drink thee with some very nice flavors. And if you have enough time, which you should have when going here, eat something. The paai is really nice. The staff is perfect, friendly and English styled. When in the neighborhood we will visit again.

Had the most wonderful summer high tea.
A slice of warm quiche as a starter. Then delicious sandwiches (8 each) followed by lemon scones with home made lemon curd and fancy cakes as a last round. All this with as much tea as you can drink and in a lovely ambiance.
All in all a perfect afternoon 😊

I love this place. We come at least once a year with our friends and its always a great experience. I always eat too much cause I gotta have a meat pie AND a scone. Reminds me of home. The owners are awesome, the staff is friendly and the area suits this place down to the ground.

Best high tea in the Netherlands. Real English ambiance, with real English high tea ingredients. The scones with real English clotted cream are the absolute highlight. Great selection of tea which are also available for purchase. Served in tea pots made in England. The sandwiches and sweet cakes complete the experience. Parking is free, prices are reasonable. Recommended!

So much fun, lovely food and a selection of teas and the decor of the place really completes the vibe. Wanted to come back but they were understandably booked, I recommend reserving a spot well in advance! Will definitely try again next time!

I adore traditional afternoon tea and have tried so many places in the Netherlands. This is the first and only place that have meet and exceeded my expectations. It is everything you want in afternoon tea, great finger sandwiches, amazing scones with real clotted cream, wide tea selection and a gorgeous location. I no longer need to visit the UK to get proper high tea, I can just drive here now!

As an Englishman (a real one) I have to say that Bert (who is Dutch) is almost (almost) more english than me. His dedication & and passion for Tea Time is like no other and the dream come true "The White Villa" is truly Alice in Wonderland. He has an ability to truly bring a bit of Britain to The Netherlands in a fabulous way. Go and enjoy something really special. For sure, you'll be greeted by "Good Afternoon, Tea Time".
Indeed. The Scones are particularly my favourite, with cream of course.

The ambience is great, food is lovely, staff is excellent, lovely location and a beautiful building. It is a bit expensive but totally worth it.
