Ordered a ton of individual chips. Something went wrong in the website, decided to use whatsapp for some help to complete my order. I got instant responses and we fulfilled my order in no time. The order was shipped right at the same day as I ordered and came to me in just 2 WORKING DAYS!? From Netherlands to Lithuania? Wow that was fast. Although they mixed up my chips I ordered a bunch of 5k denomination chips they sent me 10k denomination chips. I contacted the shop for this mistake, because I need those chips to host a local tournament. The shop told me to not worry they will ship out the missing chips right as we were speaking. And they did ship it out in like 30 minutes and sent me a picture of my order aswell as the shipment tracking link. This business is handeled by professionals and they really value their customers. Erg vriendelijk te woord gestaan aan de telefoon. De macau poker chips van 50 die ik een tijd geleden besteld had zijn van kleur veranderd waarvan ik niet op de hoogte was bij het plaatsen van een nieuwe bestelling. Echter is dit aan de telefoon binnen een aantal minuten opgelost en heb ik nieuwe chips in de oude kleur opgestuurd gekregen. Zeer aangenaam.

Erg vriendelijke medewerkers. Zelf opgehaald in Waalre en kreeg nog wat tips met betrekking tot mijn bestelde artikelen. Er bleek achteraf een klein scheurtje in het stof bij de scharnier van de koffer te zitten maar is niet erg genoeg om daar ster minder voor geven.

Super service! Ik had een 300 chips poker set gekocht met wat andere artikelen erbij en kwam er eigenlijk laten achter dat ik toch de 500 set wilde. Ik dacht dat dit niet mogelijk was, maar heb gewoon de 500 set kunnen kopen. De overige artikelen kon ik houden en de 300 chip set werd rustig gecrediteerd terug naar mij! Heel fijn dat ze mee wilde denken! Ook de kwaliteit van het materiaal is tip top!
