Restaurant Promessa - Gastronomisch food atelier

My wife is vegetarian and Promessa ranks in her top for having exquisite vegetarian courses. Dining there on occasion since several years and hosted some events - always top service, great food all round and all in a competitive price/quality range.

The food was out of this world, we loved everything and every second there.
The service was amazing, they go the extra mile to make sure their guests are comfortable and well looked after.
We will definitely be back!!

What a gem of a restaurant. Contemporary decor, light and airy with good space between tables. Excellent professional and friendly staff. The food was very tastefully presented, tasty with a range of textures that compliment each other. Good food is not just the flavours but also a feast of the eyes and the food here certainly achieves that. Complimented by good wine it was an excellent evening. Thank you so much for your culinary expertise.

After about three years delay as a result of COVID we came back to The Netherlands to visit family and friends. We could not have found a better place than Promessa for our family gettogether and a superb dinner. It was easy making arrangements from the US for an 8 course dinner with excellent wines. The culinarian delights presented to us were very special and the service could not have been better. And this was for a group of 13 guests!

And Yes, we will come back for more !

Quaint town that gives middle aged feel. Michelin approved !! Service and taste was amazing!!!!! Unique : dessert portion is unlimited and their Tiramisu is to die for 😏👍👏

Though not offering tap water. You have to purchase water from small bottles. No sense of sustainability. A shame

Wij hebben samen onwijs genoten van de heerlijke avond die we bij jullie gehad hebben.
We hebben de Riante atelier beleving gehad met daarbij een heerlijk wijnarrangement.
Het was fantastisch, genoten van begin tot eind!

We hadden gekozen voor de lange atelier beleving 5 gangen met een wijnarrangement. Een aantal gerechten waren een delicatesse. Prima bediening en een gezellige warme sfeer. Aanrader voor ieder die van lekker eten houd.

Wij hebben erg genoten om hier te eten wij hadden de riante beleving de gerechten waren heel mooi opgemaakt en de smaak was zeer goed bediening erg vriendelijk wij hebben erg genoten echte aanrader voor een culinair avond uit super .

Heerlijk gegeten aan de artist table met 7 gangen diner met daarbij amusus en een bijpassend wijnarrangement. Verrassende smaken, mooi opgemaakt en zeer bedreven en vriendelijk personeel. Een avond om niet te vergeten!

Erg lekker gegeten. We hadden het 5 gangen keuzemenu. Tussendoor kregen we hierbij lekkere amuses/hapjes. Alles was prima op smaak en in balans. Goede variatie aan vlees, vis, groenten. Bij t hoofdgerecht had iets van een aardappelgarnituur gemogen. Verder hadden we niets te klagen.
Het was een rustige donderdagavond, waardoor we volop aandacht kregen. Mooie open keuken, leuk om te zien hoe ze werken. Het speciale servies is ook erg bijdragend aan de beleving. De wijnen zijn ook een aanvulling op de gerechten.
