Wonderful experience! Our Advisor was Arlette and thanks to her very professional behaviour, we saw the most amazing wedding dresses for my taste. She is very knowledgeble and very smart, reads very quickly the room and comes with the best choices for your body, preferences and budget. Let yourself surprised by her selection and you will definitely not regret it! If you want to have a fantastic experience at the palace, I strongly recommend her!

Great experience. Asked for an English speaking stylist. Annemarie was very helpful and understood what i was looking for. Great selection of dress. New building is very beautiful. Wished there was more food in the restaurant area and that they would not charge for water (as it is free when you are trying dress on). And would have liked for a confirmation email the day before as i had many questions (i called, they answered everything nicely).

Wonderfull place to visit when you are looking for a wedding gown, a suit, children outfits or clothes ehen you are a guest.

I had the best experience at Koonings! After two bad experiences at two other weddings stores, I’m so glad to have found my dress at Koonings.
From the beginning until the end, I was treated so nicely, the staff was so friendly!
Moreover, the store itself looks amazing and they will make you feel like a princess for a day!
I didn’t have much time before my wedding but luckily the store has such a large variety of dresses so that I managed to find my dream dress!

I bought my wedding dress here and when I picked it up to take it home I was unhappy with the fit. I emailed the staff to express my feelings. I received and email back first thing in the morning telling me to come back immediately and they would do all they could to make the dress perfect. They were so warm and kind, easing my fears. The dress is now perfect. Thanks so much!

It was a very impressive building from the outside but also om the inside. Very friendly and kind employees. And we found the dress for the bride. All in all a great day.

Ik was hier via een evenement, the grandest wedding event ever.

Was heel leuk en mooi om zo uitte zoeken, hoe wat waar. En prachtige modeshows met de meest mooie jurken!
