Ik herken de reviews die hier staan beschreven totaal niet.

We hebben waarschijnlijk ontzettend veel geluk gehad dat wij Gael en Mike toegewezen kregen als hypotheek adviseurs. Zij zijn tot het uiterste gegaan om voor ons de hypotheek rond te krijgen. De comunicatie is uitstekend. Ze staan altijd voor je klaar om met een glimlach al je vragen te beantwoorden. Het traject is duidelijk uitgelegd.

Deze heren geven het begrip 'an extra mile' een totaal nieuwe betekenis.

Wij zijn fantastisch geholpen door Johan en zijn team met onze nieuwbouw hypotheek. Zij zijn erg pro-actief en meedenkend. Ook als ondernemer blijkt het prima mogelijk om een hypotheek te krijgen.

Vriendelijke service maar achtergrondmuziek mag wat zachter. Muziek gaat irriteren tijdens gesprek.

Slechte service. Afspraak gemaakt online. Vervolgens gebeld door planning om afspraak te bevestigen. Vervolgens dag van te voren geannuleerd. Ze hadden meer gegevens nodig en zouden nadat ik dit gestuurd had bellen voor een nieuwe afspraak. Netjes de volgende dag alles opgestuurd. Geen reactie meer ontvangen. Slechte service.

Worst worker ever!! Worst bank I ever saw!!! We came at 8 to be the first , because we need something to be done very fast and the worker saw us sitting outside waiting, when bank opened at 9:30 he helped other people but not us!! I tried to ask him something he would not listen to me, after I said "sorry" 3 times to catch his attention but he said "one moment please" and forgot about me again.... VERY DISAPPOINTED.... Also the bank works really really bad. We had 100 problems since we done our account at this bank. I would not recommend it to anyone. First they forgot to send the pin codes for us, after the friend of my didn't received the pin code and the digipass , we talked to them by the phone by nothing changed... We still didn't received our pincode and her digipas... And we are waiting one month... Normally they said it would take one week .. WORST BANK EVER
