Enjoyed waiting here in queue. They have a nice coffee machine and biscuits for people waiting. The area is cozy and relaxing. The staff are very helpful and they manage the traffic well.

The place is wonderful. We entered and a lovely lady offerd us seat with one of her collegas.
The man offerd us coffee, tea or water. He gave us a cup of coffee and water.
The personnel is lovely and really professional.
Super clean and cozy place.
Fast and effective attention.

Extremely helpful and nice staff, very nice interior, resembles a nice restaurant more than a bank. One of the employees went around to tell those who were waiting, how much the expected wait time is and apologised for the 15 minute wait time. I think that's a great gesture! And they were just as helful in helping get what I was there for done!

This office is one of the most comfortable ING offices I've ever been to. I was a bit confused at first, since the office looked different from normal ING offices. It's possible to lounge, eat cookies, get some coffee/water, play on Ipads or read magazines while waiting.

The staffmembers were nice, neat and very welcoming. Waiting might take a long time, so it might be better to go e.g. early in the morning. The staffmember who helped me was fast and on point. Thanks, ING Amstelveen Stadshart!

Ontzettend goed geholpen, ondanks dat ik net voor sluitingstijd binnenkwam. Prachtige zaak ook, trouwens. Ik ga hier vaker naar terug als ik iets wil regelen. Echt een verademing.

DE ING bank in stadshart Amstelveen,
Is geopend ,er mogen drie mensen per keer naar binnen.
Het is in verband met corona niet meer mogelijk om koffie thee ,of water te drinken.
Deze afdeling is voor als nog defenitief gesloten.......men dient te aanvaarden dat deze maatregel wordt gehandhaafd ter bescherming van het aanwezige bank employee zo ook als bescherming voor de bezoekers........
Prima kantoor ,net vriendelijke personeel.

Ik ben er goed geholpen en vind het ontzettend belangrijk dat je in een fysiek kantoor terecht kunt.

Alweer verschrikkelijk goed en adequaat geholpen, dit keer door een zeer vriendelijke jonge man die er alle begrip voor had dat ik niet zo makkelijk met mijn apps om ga. Super snel allemaal.
