Strandvier

Lovely location, great for the kids ,nice sandy and grass areas next to waterfront, swimming, good food and great service

After our first visit we liked it so much we came back again the next day. The fabulous weather may have had something to do with this but the lovely food was the clincher! We loved the Caesar Salad, the chicken thighs baguette, the bread, the chips (oh, my life, the chips!) and the apple pie - and everything else we had. And it's on a beach!

An excellent place to embrace the joyful vibes of summer holidays, even during a rainy day in September.
Above that, the Service was very cheerful, kind and professional and we were also asked about our travel goals and had a lovely small talk.
The meal was very good and we spent a beautiful evening and finale to our Amsterdam venture. Great venue, tremendous restaurant and a lovely atmosphere.

Living in Amsterdam, this is a great place to feel on holiday while being 20 mins away from home. Amazing gambas and calamari, tasty Aperol Spritz. Really enjoyed being here

I cycled here from Amsterdam and had the loveliest afternoon sitting outside, enjoying my caesar salad and prosecco. I will definitely return!

Waren even een rondje met de hond aan het wandelen bij Hemmeland, kwamen we bij Strandvier terecht. Hele leuke verrassing aan een strandje. Lekkere koffie en daarna een patatje met mayo. Relaxed sfeertje op een gezellig terras!

Ik kom af en toe bij Strandvier wanneer het lekker weer is. Het blijft een leuke en gezellige strandtent met een heerlijk uitzicht op de Gouwzee. Het menu is vrij uitgebreid, dus voor ieder wat wils. De bites (en met name de curry samosa’s en verse friet) zijn dik aan te raden. Je bestelt altijd via een QR code op tafel, maar dat neemt de interactie met het personeel niet weg in mijn beleving. Ze komen regelmatig vragen of alles naar wens is. Kortom, deze plek is zeker een aanrader!
