A spontaneous evening out for food, and we had a delicious meal, in a beautiful setting. The sun was just going down over the harbour. Everyone was really friendly and helpful with great recommendations. The food (we had burgers and a salad for the veggie) was very tasty, fresh produce and a quick service. I’d love to come again when in the area.

We reached monnickendom after cycling from volendam and were hungry & tired. We found this nice place while searching for a place to eat. I loved everything about the place, the staff were very friendly, and especially the Indian guy, who helped get our food really fast as we were in a big hurry. Overall experience with the entire food, staff and ambience was much more than expected. It's a place to be for a good relaxed meal.

Sat here on the terrace and kept seeing the fish and chips coming out. Since then I couldn't stop thinking about it, so ordered in. Was not disappointed! Was bloody lovely! Nice chunky homemade chips and tender fish in a crispy coating. Was lush!

We had burgers and chips seating outside after riding our bikes from Amsterdam. It felt like heaven. The service was attentive and quick. They have new tables and seats outside and a nice view.

Amazing hamburger! However, they do not offer simple tap water. So, If you want some water, you have to pay for it. Apart from that, the stuff and food are really nice!
