We had a superb stay here last week. 4 nights over the Easter weekend and everything was just perfect. The owners and employees are so kind and helpful, the breakfasts were delicious and generous (with gluten-free options and anything extra we wanted) and the location is amazing. The suite room was fantastic too - super comfy beds (including the sofa bed mattress which is unheard of!), lots of space and really quiet, plus a beautiful bathroom with a great shower. Room was even better than it looked in the photos! We could park easily and there are lots of fabulous restauratns within a 2-minute walk overlooking the water.

Great hotel and restaurant. Perfect for a weekend escape from Amsterdam.

Starting with welcoming, and moving on to accomodation, restaurant and service, everything was excellent. We were really impressed by the michellin star restaurant, the great 4 course menu, and impressing wine list. Our waiter was very attendive and well prepaired, the dishes were presented as they should be. Not least, congrats to the chef!
Our suite was clean, tidy and very cosy, good amenities and comfortable matress.
Again, congrats to the owner. Great job all of you! Hope to be back again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Posthoorn and would highly recommend it for those looking for a reasonably priced boutique hotel. Each room is uniquely named and has its own charm. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was prepared each morning with freshly squeed orange juice and locak gouda cheese. The service was excellent, anything we needed they were willing to accommodate.

The staff was great and very friendly. The food was delicious with combinations I have not tasted before.

When each meal was served, the waiter explained what ingredients where used and where applicable poured the sauce over it in a calmly fashion.

The food was very good, I enjoyed the Griet and the Iberico dishes from the Signature menu very much.

The sauces were delicious and right on temperature.

We were here with Christmas and had the suite with a separate front door. We had an excellent stay, great dinner and perfect breakfast. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the spacious suite with all the needed comforts. Would heartily recommend!

A Michelin star restaurant 20 minutes away from Amsterdam. The kitchen and atmosphere are great. We took a set of 6 (with 8 as a maximum) and were 100% satisfied. The only problem is parking which is usually the case in the Netherlands.

Beautiful dinner in a truly charming town- Overall just a wonderful night out. Posthoorn pays a great attention to the details of their dishes. Their ability to find that "just right" temperature in all of the meats/food they prepared is simply wonderful. What I believe to be the signature dish "Iberico Pork" is a fantastic grouping of textures and flavors. I addition we also found the Kabeljauw (cod) to be a pleasant addition to last nights menu. The fish simply melted away into your mouth. All in all, If you are passing through these beautiful towns in north holland and love a memorable meal, then certainly add Posthoorn to your map- Well done and thanks for the great bites.

One of the most extraordinary hotel stays we’ve ever had. The staff at the Posthoorn was outstanding and the rooms and public areas were totally charming. A very memorable stay. We highly recommend the hotel & restaurant!!

Good hotel with a great restaurant where you are being served by young enthusiast employees. Evening filled tastes on food and connecting wines.

Good food, old fashioned good service, lovely ambiance. A place to go out and have a wonderful evening. Also recommend Suitehotel & Restaurant Posthoorn for business events, because it is one of the rare restaurants who can serve a menu in time without endlessly waiting.

A stellar dining experience. The "Sensatie" menu lets you sample all the best from the Posthoorn kitchen in a seven course meal. A culinary delight!

Excellent cuisine, wine and personable service. We stayed overnight in the adjacent hotel. Highly recommended.
