Stichting Running Blind stimuleert mensen met een visuele beperking om te gaan hardlopen of Nordic Walken onder begeleiding van een buddy. Trainingen worden verzorgd door KNAU gecertificeerde trainers. Op dit moment zijn er afdelingen in Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht, Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Den Bosch en Leiden. In andere delen van het land wordt gewerkt aan de oprichting van meer afdelingen. Naast het sportieve karakter is gezelligheid en de sociale omgang een wezenlijk kenmerk van alle afdelingen. Tevens heeft Running Blind héél bijzondere benadering: het is VAN, VOOR en DOOR mensen met een visuele beperking.
