הזמנתי חליפת שוער לילד ב-12/6,שילמתי 20 שקלים יותר על משלוח מהיר (תוך חודש), אחרי חודש קיבלתי הודעה שהמשלוח מתעכב ויגיע עוד שבוע, חיכיתי וחיכיתי, בינתיים ביקשת לזכות אותי על המשלוח "המהיר", זה לא קרה.
בינתיים מקבל תירוצים של "תראה, תבין, בגללה"מצב" וכאלה.
אחרי שבוע מקבל הודעה מהמוכר שהוא ממש עצבני שהחבילה שלי לא הגיעה כי מישהו הזמין אחרי וכבר קיבל, כאילו, למה זה מניין אותי, בינתיים מחכה.
אחרי התכתבות ארוכה המוכר מבטיח לי פיצוי, בצורת כפפות שוער.
4/8 קיבלתי את החבילה.
כאשר ביקשתי לקבל פיצוי על המשלוח ועל האיחור (כפפות וזיכוי על המשלוח, הצוכר אמר לי שאני מגזים ואי אפשר גם וגם.
בשיא חוצפתו שולח לי תמונה עם מסכות לידים ומבקש לפרסם בקרב הילדים שאיתם ילד שלי משחק.
תשפטו בעצמכם, מה שבטוח, אני יותר לא מזמין ממנו.

About Boxtel
Municipality in the Netherlands

Boxtel is a municipality and a town in the southern Netherlands. The name derives from Buchestelle and is presumably a combination of 'stelle' and buck. This is the origin of the Van Boxtel family, which has numerous descendants in North Brabant. The town was the site of the Battle of Boxtel fought in September 1794 during the Flanders campaign. It is often principally remembered as the first battle of the future Duke of Wellington. source
