Although we could not leave the airport for two hours because of passport control, the driver displayed exceptional patience, waited for us in the very cold weather and provided us outstanding service. The car was impeccably clean and remarkably comfortable. Surprisingly, the driver supplied us with two different sizes of child seats, even though we hadn't notified him in advance. Additionally, he assisted us in handling our eight heavy pieces of luggage and more. Overall, the experience was smooth and delightful. Thank you very much!

The driver John was outstanding. Pleasant, professional and a great driver. when My wife left her phone in an other taxi, John dropped us off at the airport then went back to collect the phone from the other taxi driver and brought it back to our friends' house and dropped it in the mailbox and sent us a video of it. I didn't think that they are any decent people like John left in this world. He is terrific... Please do NOT lose him as part of your crew.

I had to bring my family carrying a lot luggage from the airport to my home. My experience was very good and smooth. Driver pleasantly acknowledged all our requests. The booking process was easy and was cheaper than most taxis I enquired.

I had a short trip from the UK to Amsterdam and needed taxis from and back to the airport. The website was really easy to use. I asked a question on the chat and got a quick and friendly response. Compared to other sites the taxi fares were cost effective. I spoke to both taxi drivers on the day of the bookings to confirm the exact pick up spot. Both taxi drivers turned up on time and were friendly and polite and their vehicles were clean and comfortable. I received an email with the taxi details in advance. Email updates were sent up to 24 hours before my bookings, as the taxi company may change. It was very clear who would be picking me up and their contact details. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sneleentaxi again and I'm very happy to recommend them.

I had a very positive experience, the taxi driver was on the required location on time. The reservation process was also very easy and intuitive, and it was cheaper than other agencies I saw.

My only suggestion would be to send a reminder/confirmation to the client one day before. Since it was my first time I didn't know this company before so I was a little scared that I didn't get any type of message after I did the reservation, anyway I give 5 starts regardless.

They made everything perfect and stress free! I had a super early train out of Amsterdam Centraal and needed to be at the station at 6:30 AM. With that I booked a sneleentaxi and set it to arrive at the hostel I was staying at around 6. The night before I was a bit nervous that it would not come and that I may miss the train. I had no reason to be nervous at all. A little bit before 6, my taxi driver called me to say he had arrived and was waiting for me outside, though to take as much time as I needed and not to rush. Once I was ready, I stepped outside and he was right there waiting for me. The taxi provided me a quick ride to the train station and I was there in plenty of time to catch my train. Very well done and I was super impressed and pleased with the service.
