Making appointments isn't very difficult. So, that's good. However, getting any type of care seems very difficult. The doctors (of which there are many that rotate, so you don't really have your own who knows you and your body), are very unwilling to send you to a specialist or provide any sort of care beyond the very basic (just a few questions and you get sent home to "wait and see"). No care, not being taken seriously, not being sent to a specialist.

Not to mention on another occasion when it concerned a 5 year old child, the doctor behaved very incompetently (forcing us to request another doctor).

It should not come to a point where a patient is the one who suggests the right treatment to a clueless doctor.
