Unfortunately they did not help at all. Moreover, waiting with the exercising caused stiffens in my thumb, it was partially recovered with different physio, but it will never fully recover. They boast about their hand surgeon that even didn't check my hand when they couldn't solve my problem. Their only advice was to wait and wear band on the thumb. After 6 months they just told they cannot solve it and that was it. Still, I had to pay for plenty of visits. If you have problems, go to the sport center to the real specialists.
