Door de vele persoon verandering bij 216 accountants werd de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening steeds slechter!! Uiteindelijk eindigde we met ‘een stageer’ Kadir Türköz. Hij had onvoldoende kennis en kreeg ook geen hulp van zijn leidinggevende Robert Lammerts. Daardoor maakt hij veel fouten die we er zelf uit moesten halen en gecorrigeerd moesten worden. Daarop kwam vervolgens een 25% tarief verhoging al was dat tegen alle contact afspraken in die we met 216 hadden.
