Ik was gespannen en vond het eng, ik schaamde me, maar dankzij Ester en Patricia , zijn deze vrij wel weg genomen ik ben via Proctos kliniek verwezen en ben dankbaar dat ik Ester en Patricia op mijn pad tot herstel heb gekregen. Ik durf nu ook meer over mijn klachten te praten. Natuurlijk niet met iedereen. Maar wel waar het mee zou moeten.

Geen positieve ervaring gehad.
Deze vrouw begon steeds te laat, maar stopte wel altijd precies op tijd. En praat meer dan er wat gedaan wordt. Daarnaast was mijn laatste afspraak telefonisch, ze beweert gebeld te hebben en gewacht te hebben op mij, maar ik had geen oproep gemist. Wel direct daarna verplicht zelf te betalen factuur gestuurd van 40,- over gebeld, maar ze zegt daar niets aan te kunnen veranderen.. 40,- kwijt voor iets wat ik niet gehad heb. En gewoon qua behandeling niet tevreden, weet wel haar tijd goed vol te praten..
