Deze apotheek is telefonisch altijd erg slecht bereikbaar.

Dienstverlening en service van de medewerkers heel slecht. Ze zijn traag in afhandeling en communicatie nemen teveel tijd in beslag de afhandeling af te ronden, brutaal en grof ook telefonisch. De bezorgdienst komt vaak te laat waardoor je te lang moet wachten op je medicatie, slechte service. Er wordt kosten in rekening gebracht terwijl je de medicatie niet hebt gekregen., zie je later via verzekering. Ik ga spoedig naar een andere apotheek en adviseer nieuwe klanten niet aan te sluiten bij Homerus apotheek.

Gisteren mijn 3 maandelijkse besteling medicijnen opgehaald. Werd helaas
zeer onbeschoft geholpen door de (enige) aanwezige dame. Heel vervelend en vooral onnodig. Ik ga nu op zoek naar een andere apotheek.

Vreselijke apotheek ben 2keer geweest om medicijnen op te halen niet aanwezig, beloofd dat ik ze aan huis kreeg ook niet gekregen
