Friendly staff, direct and clear information. I had my entire appointment in English language and Doctor was very responsive.

Na jaren bij een vreselijke gezondheidscentrum gezeten te hebben..toch maar overgestapt naar Afiya. Wat een verademing. Er wordt meteen adequaat gehandeld. Er wordt naar je geluisterd en je voelt je gehoord. Ik mocht meteen bepaalde onderzoeken doen, en ik kreeg voor de zekerheid een verwijzing. Dan weet je meteen of er wat is zo ja nee. Klachten die werden genegeerd door mijn vorige huisarts werden nu wel serieus genomen en ik ben nu in behandeling van medicatie.

Het enige mindere puntje is dat terug bel systeem. Dat verloopt niet altijd goed.
Helaas ben ik nu verhuisd en heb een andere huisarts in de buurt moeten zoeken.

Niemand gaat graag naar de huisarts, maar als het moet, dan wel bij deze huisarts! Zowel de artsen als assistenten zijn vanaf begin tot eind een luisterend oor. Zelfs in een tijd als deze waar de zorg onder druk staat, ziet Afiya jou niet als een nummertje! Chapeau!

Een duidelijke, luisterende, vriendelijke & kundige dokter. Neemt tijd voor je & zorgt ervoor dat de wensen van de patiënt serieus worden genomen, ook door de specialisten. Blij met deze huisarts!

On our first consultation, it is all doing good. But the following check up and appointment, they only want us to go to the pharmacy and ask for the medicine that will give us some pain relief. No, face to face consultation is what they suggest because it is not a life threatening condition. This is a service we don't want to enjoy while we stay in the Netherlands.

Absolutely unprofessional staff members.
Bad communication, never receive call backs at the time that’s specified.
Doctors just recommended anything but don’t investigate properly.
When I was breastfeeding I once was prescribed medication containing alcohol. Only when I opened it and smelled it I had to check with them again if I can actually use that medication while breastfeeding and only then I was told no. After I had already spent 30 EUR to buy the medication.
Very dissatisfied with this clinic and it gets worse every time.

Gets worse every year. Tried to make appointment for 3 days, system says it was full. On 4th day I can get a phone appointment for the next day. I have some sort of infection that’s getting worse, with fever even while on paracetamol. Tried to call as emergency (not 112) and they just shut on my face without me explaining.

Doctors might be ok once you can get to them but the office and the staff rudeness and lack of empathy…totally unprofessional.

They don’t have any regard for their patients.
Move away as soon as possible, that’s what I’m going to do.

Clinic with no proper patient care. You can never get them on the phone that takes 1-2 business days. When you go in there they don't give you proper treatment plan. Disorganized always sends medication to the wrong pharmacy. Never has time to see you within the same or following day - you can get an appointment usually 5 days later, which at this point you either get well or you can get worse and have to go to the emergency anyway. Cherry on the top - it's November and they still have a message on their phone saying that due to the summer holidays we have limited personal which they have had for the full 2 years I have been going there. My advise not having a GP is better than having this clinic.

I’ve been registered here more then 5 year they never contact me once's and when I had a accident I tried to call they never pickup and never call you back, don’t register here 🙏
