Restaurant De Beren Alphen aan den Rijn

Really, really nice. I bought coupon from kruidvat just to try and I’m surprise in good way! Really good food, atmosphere and nice waitress. I will come back for sure!

Although De Beren is a chain, the owner managed to make this something special. For starters the large beer selection, the nice building, the very kid staff and foremost the well prepared food. Loved it and celebrated a great birthday.

The best place for a small bites, beer and wine

We had lunch today in this restaurant. Great!!! I don't think I left anything on my plate. As you can see on the pictures, the inside of the restaurant looks amazing. The service was excellent. They only thing I did not like was the location of the restrooms. You had to climb up a pretty big stair. A not done for me, having trouble with walking. But that's the only thing and perhaps I overlooked a downstairs restroom??

The food was absolutely delicious (special mention to the Black Angus Burger which totally rocks; I even ordered it again when I came for the second time), and the team is really nice, professional and responsive. The owner is probably the nicest guy ever and made us a very cool and warm welcome. Many thanks again for everything you did during the SMK WK 2019 !

Tasty food and nice people

Very nice place with friendly, smiling and helpful staff...The food was amazing!!! My salmon was correctly cooked and juicy,the risoto with asparagus and mushrooms well cooked and creamy as it needs to be,the salad with smoked chicken also delicious... A very good point is that they have the menu also in English ...For my dessert the waitress recommended me to order the caramelised banana and she was completely right like she was in my mind...I tasted It and it was lekkerrrr....I really enjoyed my dinner there...I will come again and again..thank you for your services...

We had such an amazing time at De Beren that we went there 3 times in a week. Everything is delicious (special shoutout to the black angus Burger and to the goatcheese and bacon hot bread).
The team is really kind and efficient, they'll do their best to make your spend a special moment. Thank you!

We kwamen n.a.v. de AH actie voor een diner voor twee. We werden vrij snel geholpen en konden zelf een plaats kiezen. We bestelden breekbrood met smeersels en parmaham. Dit valt wel buiten de AH actie maar dit wisten we. We hadden vooraf soep en knoflookgarnaaltjes, dit zat bij het menu inbegrepen. Goede kwaliteit en goede hoeveelheid. Voordat het hoofdgerecht kregen we verfrissingsdoekjes om je handen mee schoon te maken. Dat is wel prettig. Het hoofdgerecht was voor ons varkenshaas- en kipsaté. De varkenshaas werd opgeleukt met een gebakken ei, die moest apart betaald worden. Dit werd ook gezegd aan tafel. De varkenssaté is naar onze mening de beste van Alphen. Het toetje was verrukkelijk. Zeker een aanrader! Hier komen we graag.

Voor een echt lekker stukje vlees moet je hier zijn (vegetariërs kunnen hier ook hun buikje rond eten) ! Geweldig terras in het centrum van Alphen, in de zon, uit de wind. Fijne service en bediening van personeel die er echt wat van weet! De prijs kwaliteit is boven verwachting, wij blijven er terug komen elke keer weer.

Heerlijk gegeten, super personeel! Zo aardig en behulpzaam!
