Great quality products. I have several large items from sohome. The service is fantastic. Only feedback I would have is the delivery company comes with 1 person when the furniture is often large. They should ensure the right amount of support for delivery.

Clear communication about expected delivery date via email. Delivery date on site matches expected delivery date. Delivery is done by their own drivers. So no worrying about how the items are handled by 3rd party delivery companies. There was 1 hour delay in delivery which was communicated half a day upfront. Excellent delivery service! Product (chair) was packaged very carefully and delivered with care. Product looked exactly as advertised. Going to order definitely more things from here.

I'm going to share my story with SoHome.
A week ago, I ordered a beautiful lamp made of metal and glasses. We saw it in a shop near the house and it was at half the price at SoHome. I immediately ordered it.
Sadly for me, when I picked up the lamp, some glasses were broken and the metallic structure as well. It's the first time something like that happen to me, most probably during the transportation, the lamp is somehow fragile.
I immediately contacted SoHome by phone and they asked me to take pictures and send them.
Less than an jour later I received a notification letting me know that a replacement lamp has been ordered and will be delivered home in a couple of days. I was extremely happy, I couldn't expect more. Thanks once again !!!
