Toppers.. altijd even vriendelijk en gezellig

Afgelopen tijd menig maal lekkages gemeld, met de toezegging dat het opgelost zou worden. Nooit terugkoppeling gehad over de werkzaamheden en de lekkages bleven.
Eind 2023 weer een melding gedaan en wederom de toezegging, dat ze de volgende dag zouden komen. Toevallig was ik 'de volgende dag' thuis, maar heb niemand gezien.
In januari (ruim drie weken later!) zou het probleem opgelost worden. Toen bericht gekregen (op schrift) dat er een andere partij reparaties op het dag zou hebben uitgevoerd. Een aperte onwaarheid.
Samenvattend kan ik over Manina melden, dat het een onbetrouwbare partij is, afspraken niet worden nagekomen en er ondeugdelijk werk is uitgevoerd (aangezien er alleen personeel van Manina op het dak is geweest).
