Cinco cleaned two wool rugs, one quite badly stained. I was impressed by Cinco's communication, keeping me up to date with the process up until the rugs were returned, and delighted with the result: thoroughly clean rugs and more sweet-smelling than I think they had ever been!

Great company, great staff. Remco was the man sent to clean my sofas. He was punctual, very pleasant and super polite. He went above and beyond to provide very informative and professional advice on sofa cleaning, info that I had no knowledge on. He took his time to ensure my sofa looked brand new, almost like a showroom sofa. He’s an absolute professional and I was very happy to have his services. The next time I need one I’ll definitely ask for him. I am very satisfied with the result and cleanliness of our rugs. Cinco cleaned them perfectly - we had no big hopes for the cleaning as we have a dog and a few "accidents" happened what we tried to clean ourselves, what resulted to even worse stains and left some pale spots after using chemicals. Cinco took it very professionally and as they were not completely satisfied with results after first cleaning, they kept the rugs for a little longer to proceed with extra cleaning process without any extra payment! Our rugs were delivered in much better shape that we imagined, almost like new! This was not the first time we had them cleaned, but other company did not do such a great job as Cinco, I definitely recommend and I will come back for sure !

We sent in a rug which was fairly dirty with some pet stains and it came back like new. The staff are friendly and you receive plenty of communication on how the cleaning is going. I would definitely recommend Cinco to others.

We had five different Persian and Chinese rugs cleaned by Cinco. From pick up to delivery the Service was very professional and the cleaned carpets came back as good as new

I was sooooo happy with our Cinco cleaning experience. Sander was our man and he is officially a legend ninja couch cleaner, and a really nice guy to have a coffee with as well. The end result of our couch being steam cleaned was so much better than I ever expected. We now have basically a new couch. Trust me, with two young kids I didn't think such a good result was possible. Thanks Sander and Cinco. Will call in a year or so to clean the couch again. Cheers.

Makkelijk online te regelen. Goede ophaal en brengservice. Alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en naar tevredenheid geleverd. Ik heb geen optionele toeters en bellen besteld. Het zeer oude kleed is goed gereinigd met de basis service en ziet er weer toppie uit. Veel beter resultaat ook dan bij een ander reinigingsbedrijf een paar jaar gelee. Echt een aanrader.

wat een service . ons kleed is in optimale conditie teruggebracht . het kleed is als nieuw weer. wij zijn er erg blij mee. we gaan het aan andere mensen aanbevelen. tot de volgende keer. mvg erwin.

Wij hebben ons wollen kleed door Cinco laten reinigen. Het kleed zat vol zand en ongelukjes van onze zieke hond. Wij zijn ongelooflijk blij met het resultaat! Van tevoren was gezegd dat urinevlekken er misschien niet helemaal uitgaan, maar de vlekken zijn er nagenoeg allemaal uit en het kleed is weer mooi licht van kleur.
Ik beveel Cinco van harte aan door het eind resultaat, maar zeker ook door de heldere communicatie en het aanbod om tegen een gereduceerd tarief een onderkleed voor ons te maken.
