Leuke en persoonlijke training. Goede begeleiding en coaching. Aandacht voor warming-up, uitvoering en cooling-down.

Ant heeft altijd alternatieven klaar waarmee je oefeningen zwaarder of juist makkelijker kan maken. Dus voor ieder niveau uitdagend.

Zes keer per week biedt Ant trainingen aan, dus het is goed te plannen. Daarnaast ook leuke extra's als de Sand Challenge, Family bootcamp, pub quiz, zomer- en winterborrel. Last but not least: het is (ook daardoor) een leuke groep!
