I recently had an exceptional experience at the Amstelveen Pharmacy - Zonnestein (Amstelveense Apotheken- Zonnestein). The level of professionalism exhibited by their personnel was truly commendable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff who were not only knowledgeable but also displayed a genuine willingness to assist. The pharmacists were highly skilled in their field and took the time to address all my concerns with utmost expertise and care. This level of professionalism positively impacted my overall experience, making me feel confident and reassured in the services provided. I highly recommend this pharmacy for their exceptional personnel who go above and beyond to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of their customers.

Words cannot describe how much help I have received here. I was in urgent need for medication for my upcoming trip. I came late to the pharmacy, nevertheless they have been kind enough to help me even though it took a while and they were closed already. They went to an extent of calling my hospital, and reaching to another pharmacy to make sure I get the medication I need. I believe we need more people like this working in healthcare, who truly at heart want to help a patient. A big thank you and I hope this kindness returns to you ten-folded!

Ik gebruik veel medicijnen. Bij apotheek Molenweg klopte de uitgifte heel vaak niet. Overgestapt naar apotheek Zonnestein en het blijkt wel te kunnen om alle medicijnen kloppend en in 1 keer mee te geven!

Naschrift. Ik geef nu vijf sterren, want het probleem is netjes opgelost, de fout in de medicatie was gemaakt door de huisarts.

Wat een fijne apotheek, in een mooi gezondheidscentrum.

Vriendelijke, goede en snelle service (wanneer het niet druk is) in een mooi gebouw. Prettig om daar te komen. Veel parkeerplek, ook voor fietsen.

These pharmacists are incompetent at best.
They gave my prescription to someone else and deny me my medication. They should be criminally charged.

They gave expired tablets. Our GP prescribed 90 tablets and they only gave 30 whereas box had a different date and each strip inside had different expiration dates and 4 tablets expired mid 2020. When questioned about the less number of tablets, they said we don’t have to give what GP says and we can decide for our own and insurance company advised to give less tablets because people throw them away.
Well to us it sounded like scamming a prescription of 90 tablets and stealing the money of 60 tablets. That too with providing old expired stock.
Human errors are common but people should be extra careful when it comes to medicine, these are life threatening risks. The people at counter were basically arrogant when we confronted.

Please check your medicine’s date of expiration before leaving the apotheek.

Je kan deze apotheek niet bellen. Het telefoonnummer werkt niet. Ik vind dat best wel kwalijk, we hadden vandaag een dringende hulpvraag. De huisarts is ook niet te bereiken.

Zeer Specht. Noit komen. Medewerkers zijn onvriendelijk.

Aucune proposition au produit demandé. Accueil froid même pas un bonjour.

Personeel dat niet kan werken, recepten die ze niet op de computer kunnen vinden, ik heb twee keer tijd verspild door naar hen toe te gaan om een ​​crème te halen. de eerste keer konden ze het recept niet vinden, de tweede keer crème niet beschikbaar.
Voor mijn dokter hadden ze het recept vanaf de eerste dag dat ik naar hen toe ging en ze informeerden niet dat de crème niet beschikbaar was.
