Het verkeerde onderdeel was besteld en zonder problemen konden wij dit retour sturen en werd het juiste onderdeel aan ons toegezonden. Heel hartelijk dank nog hiervoor!

Groot assortiment, goed advies en snelle levering

Unfortunately, I have had very bad experiences with the shop and find them unreliable. Promises - regarding that the requested product will arrive abroad within a few days - are, in my experience, completely unrealistic.

I ordered a product at the beginning of January, which ended up arriving to the wrong address (wrong country!), so the product was returned to the shop. I contacted them and asked for information about when I would receive the product and asked them to send me a link where I could track my package. I was sent links that only showed the original route of the package, and that clearly showed that it had been returned to the shop and that they had received it.

They first informed me that they had resent the package and that it would arrive in two days at the most. After it had not arrived (and there was no new link to track it) I asked the shop again for information, and this time they said they would post the package within 1-2 days (despite the fact that they had previously informed me that it had not only been posted, but that I should have received it). A couple of days later I asked again, and this time I received even worse news, because this third time I was informed that they had not received the package and could not even send it (although the tracker said that the shop had received it). To sum up, I kept receiving contradictory information all the time (from tha same person!), and it got worse and worse.

Finally, I asked for a discount on another product, but they could only offer me a similar product that was no longer available in the store, which was not at all favourable. In the end, they refunded the purchase price, but did not pay the cost of my transfer, despite I have specifically drawn their attention to this. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

After I posted my negative review earlier, the store contacted me and asked how they could compensate me. They offered to send me a lower value product free of charge and the possibility of a discount on a higher value product (I had indicated in advance which products I would be interested in and they had complied). This does not make what happened earlier not happen, but I must admit that they were very fair in their subsequent actions, which was very pleasant.
