My wife and I loved the visit to the store. There are good options for all tastes and budgets and the employees were very helpful in assisting us. Highly recommended, it's also worth a visit just to have cup of their coffee, which is amazing :)

We had a really great helper, Bob, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, letting us see a lot of different fabrics to pick just what we wanted. Was a very great experience getting a lot of furniture for our new house.

Large variety of furnitures in a packed space. We went there to see a table, ended up buying a different one. The lady who helped us with out questions was also very patient, knowledgeable and most importantly very polite. Thank you.

As an international expats in Netherlands, we searched for the good quality furnitures and found Zitmaxx. We are pretty happy with the quality and price performances. Showroom is absolutely gorgeous and we found the custom couch we were looking for. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very happy to hear that delivery is only about 4 to 6 weeks and they offer a good service/guarantee. Once the couch arrives and we have it for some time I will update the review.

Couch is BEAUTIFUL and very comfortable. Hopefully it will stay that way for a long time.

We included the total service warranty in our order and it turns out that it is just a small box with one large spray bottle (500ml) for the protective/waterproofing agent, one small cleaning agent spray bottle (100ml), some tissues and the warranty card. You have to spray the couch yourself(!) Our couch is big and it was just about enough. We had to move the couch away from the wall and other items to avoid incidents. This protective spray has a very strong chemical smell so plan the delivery and application at a time where kids and pets will be away and also make sure to leave enough widows/doors open to circulate the air where the furniture is or else your entire house will have that strong smell. We had the living room door closed and kitchen window and door open and it took about 2 to 3 days for the smell to be gone. We have no idea if the product in fact works and we didn't want to risk, so we just keep protective sheets on as much as possible.

Considering we have been a few weeks away, the couch has been in actual use for about 1 month now and I just hope this is not a fragile item because it is sure is very comfortable (and beautiful!)

Huge variety of products with a lot of fabric that you can choose on your furniture. We bought a coach. The customer service is 5 star, which we changed our order very smoothly with no harsh. We have not received it yet, but till now every thing is great and we are happy with the price and our choice.

Everything was in order and very good presentation, we find the couch that we need here after looking in a lot of stores and now we only wait to arrive. The couch arrive and its very comfortable. We are very happy.

Been there for buying a new sofa. It is a huge place with lots of options available. After spending some hours, we picked the one we would like to order. Thanks to the personnel, whole ordering is done in no more than 10 minutes. All questions were clearly answered and we left the place without any doubt. Now looking forward to have the sofa in our living room!

I am astonished by the options in the store and the level of customisation possible. From a large variety of products you can select what suits best for your needs and then you modify it for a particular colour and size making it an amazing experience. The staff is also very friendly and helpful which made the entire process a cake walk. Totally recommend it.

The experience was very nice. Zitmaxx has a lot of variety. We selected a couple of options and went to the information center. The lady there was very helpful, and took us to a seat, requesting us to wait for sometime as there were lot of people already in queue. Within around 10 mins, another lady came to us; and helped us with our selection. The furniture was finalize very swiftly, and we are very happy with the overall process so far.

am well helped by the advisor. he took the drive to watch the best setup of the couch with us. even when in doubt about the color, I was allowed to come back to the showroom to take a closer look. My emails were also answered quickly with a response. very nice.

The largest selection you can ask for. Super chill ambient. Free drinks, very decent coffee. Helpful and kind shop assistants. Prices absolutely reasonable. They speak Dutch and English, no problem at all. Free parking.

The experience with Zitmaxx Wonen is always great. I went back at Zitmaxx three years after my first purchase and again I have been surrounded with a very friendly and supportive staff. A lot of choice, a lot of ideas and high quality furniture for the entire house/ apartment.
After spending a half day with a staff looking around and discussing with different ideas, I’ve got everything I needed for my new house, a modern and unique furniture and with the good price.

Furniture outlet with lot of options to choose from. Prices are decent when compared to lot of competitors. Only downside is a long waiting time for the products, which was acceptable to us for the price we were getting and the model.
