We rented a car here. The person from the rental office informed us that if we would like to pick up the car a bit earlier the same day, it's possible. For us this worked just fine so we agreed. The car was very good, but the problem came when I got billed. A whole extra day was charged which was a big unpleasant surprise. Let me be clear, I was asked, would I like to pick up the car earlier. I was not asked: would I like to pick up the car earlier and thus pay an extra day.

Afterwards I informed them about this and said that I don't agree with paying the extra day. After days I was informed that the person responsible has gone on holiday and they will contact me once they get back. Never heard back from them.

In short: good car but a rip off, terrible customer service. Highly not recommended

They didn’t kept good track of their vehicles. We returned the car in one piece as it was before the rent but they sent us an email saying that there is a new damage on the car. I didn’t took pictures of the car before I left, but fortunately (as it supposed to) that damage is listed on the rental document. It was probably a miscommunication, but nonetheless was not a pleasant experience, and it taught me to always take picture of all damages on the car I want to rent in the future, and make sure all are written on the rental document.

But to be fair, their cars were quite new, working well, and comfortable. Fitting for the price range that they’ve put.
