Restaurant De Baander

We were looking for a place to eat outside of Center Parcs since we had a birthday and wanted something more than the park had to offer.

De Baander did not disappoint. All meals were flawless and the service was fantastic.
Two entrees
Four main dishes
One dessert
Three special coffees
Zero points of improvement

If you're in the neighborhood (hint hint Center Parcs guests ;) ) I strongly recommend going here!

A very nice atmosphere. We were there for a business dinner with 8 colleagues. The starters were well prepared, large and delicious especially the pulled pork, vegetable carpaccio, wild bullion soup, and duck carpaccio. The main courses were also very well prepared. Many had the Gentlemen steak prepared rare and were quite happy with them. One colleague was a vegetarian and had the vegetable lasagna which was enjoyable. There were some nice deserts including the Baander tower, creme brulee, iced coffee, tiramisu, and dame blanche. The service was quite good as well.

What a taste! This Restaurant is one of the best that I have ever tasted!
The quality of the food is just excellent and the staff takes care of you always with a smile!

We were here summer 2015, Two Danish family's ~ 4 adults, and 4 kids..

Arrived late, a week night. Great and kind service, although we had some problems ordering, (Us, not speaking much Dutch / German).. the staff was helpful and friendly, and we received kind patient service, and the menu was explained with the help of animal postures, and sounds. Great fun..

Food was served well within acceptable time.. and the quality was way above the price! Another group of people was having a celebration of some sorts, and were a bit "active", but we didn't mind, and the staff were patient with them as well.

I was baffled to read another review, that was surprisingly negative. We all agreed that it was great, and I want to come back, to have that huge steak again.. next year.. we really liked it!

excellent food. we stayed at centerparcs nearby. But the quality of the food at this restaurant is well worth leaving the resort every afternoon and evening

Really delicious food with great attentive staff. Beautiful decorating. Overall a lovely meal with family.

Heerlijk gegeten, het eten zat boordevol smaken. De opmaak van de borden was mooi, een streling voor het oog.

Reservering was niet helemaal goed gegaan.. super opgelost en met 11 personen super goed gegeten. Toetje was top!!

Prima restaurant met vriendelijk personeel!

Voorgerecht: carpaccio en brood met dips, beide was goed!

Hoofdgerecht: spareribs, pannenkoek naturel en tournedos. De tournedos was perfect gegaard en de spareribs erg goed gekruid.

Het drinken werd snel ingeschonken en verder lette het personeel goed op.

Ze waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Een aanrader voor een volgende keer.

Heerlijk gegeten in een fijne sfeer. Doaler schnitzel zeker een aanrader, lief kwam juist voor de spareribs welke berucht en beroemd zijn in de omgeving. Kom er graag weer eens!

Even heerlijk een weekend naar Drenthe en wat is het hier genieten! Dus in de avond hier een tafel gereserveerd, aanbevolen door de dame van onze B&B. En wat een gouden tip. De mega vriendelijke gastvrouw bezorgde ons een leuke tafel en het eten is van topkwaliteit. De bediening is heel attent. Partner nam de stoofschotel en ik de zalm. Gewoonweg subliem!
De nagerechten zagen er zo heerlijk uit, die hebben we ook nog besteld, terwijl het eten meer dan voldoende was. Ik nam het kaneelijs met appeltjes, partner de ijskoffie. Beiden om je vingers bij af te likken. Kortom, als we weer in de buurt zijn, gaan we hier zeker weten weer eten.
