Camping Groningen International

We spent a total of 5 nights with our camper and 4 chihuahuas. They gave us a secluded spot. Water available on our pitch. Very clean all the facilities… washing machines and dryer. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. I even managed to receive a package there. Will go there again. To go to Groningen it is 6 km, we had our bikes and trailer for dogs so we didn’t have to use public transportation. We did take a taxi 34 euro.

Great facilities at very well maintained site. Lovely people. About 25 minutes cycle ride from Groningen central which is well worth a visit.

Very friendly welcome, very well kept campsite, quiet, we had a large pitch with water, electricity and sewage for €22 a night, a safe cycle ride to Groningen city centre, lovely area, we'd love to come back when the sun is shining, we didn't have time to explore everything ! A really pleasant stay.

Shower cost 50 cent.
44 Euro for 2 days, 2 person and electricity.
Clean toilets and showers.
Close to the buss station 5-10 min walk.
Buss to city takes 15-20 min.

And they have a cute little farm with some animals.
One donkey, ponies, goats, chickens, ducks and some other birds.
And a little playground for children.
Nice owners too.

This is a beautiful place if you want peace and quiet. Very friendly welcome which was lovely👍 the site is very well kept. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers each for men & women. Again modern and very clean. There is some nice play equipment and a large grassy area for the little ones to keep them amused. Easy cycle to Groningen centre.

Brilliant camping site located close to bus routes into Groningen. Cycling is excellent in any direction but recommend the routes through the wetlands if you enjoy wildlife and nature in general. The owners live onsite and are incredibly friendly maintaining a pristine environment. The facilities are excellent.

2 night stay in VW campervan at a very tidy campsite. Very nice owners. Easy cycle to get to Groningen. Showers, toilets & washing facilities all excellent, require 50 & 20 cents for showers & dishwashing but staff can provide change.

A really nice campsite. Took 25 minutes to cycle into Groningen. Shower block absolutely spotless and was able to park the car next to the tent.

Super service, we were biking and called because we were late, the guy waited for us until 10pm, highly recommend!

Very nice family running the place - we had a pleasent stay. The showers and toilets are clean, warm and bright. Also very affordable! We will stay here again when visiting Groningen.

It is a good experience to be here. The people around are welcoming. Outside of every hustle. I will definitely go back there.
