Contact gehad met TIB Haren over een elektra storing. Ze belden nog even na om ons voor het weekend nog te helpen. Echt heel vriendelijken en attent. Top service. Erg tevreden.

Ook al hebben ze het smoor druk en is het bijna weekend, toch werden we geholpen binnen 2 uur met een lekkage.

Gebeld met TIB voor een lekkage bij een van de buizen van de CV installatie. Netjes te woord gestaan, de gegevens zijn netjes genoteerd en er werd medegedeeld dat we teruggebeld zou worden voor het inplannen van een afspraak. Voor deze kleine klus was nog ruimte . Inmiddels zijn we ruim drie weken en niks meer gehoord. Erg jammer. CV onderhoud kunnen ze op dit moment niet doen. We moesten het in mei 2024 nog maar eens proberen..

Crises, kortsluiting in de meterkast. Geen stroom, internet. Diepvries en koelkast kunnen opwarmen. Gebeld met TIB na de prachtige reviews echter een koude douche ontvangen. Ik was geen klant dus hielpen ze me niet! Je word toch pas klant als je een vraag hebt? Of zie ik dat verkeerd!
