Great repair shop with professional and friendly staff! My e-bike broke down, and it was repaired within 24 hours. The cost estimate provided before the repair was accurate and matched the final price. I even got some unrelated extra service work on my bike included in the repair. I was also able to borrow a bike as a replacement during the repair, which was suitable for shorter trips. Fully recommended.

Fast and good service! I was really happy to have my bike tyres replaced the same day. The staff were very friendly too, and they even gave me a free tyre upgrade because they did not have the right size, so I got better quality tyres than the ones we agreed on, for the same price. From now on, this will be my go-to place when it comes to fixing a bike.

A good service and friendly customer care. Bought a second handed bike Dutch bike with Shimano 3 gear set and hand brakes. They were very reasonable with the price, good quality. They were not pushing to sell, random bike rather suggesting for our actual needs. I felt comfortable and confident to take another service.

Seriously, I really felt like being carefully taken care of. I came here because a previous store screwed up my bicycle. They showed me every aspect of the defective bicycle and were honestly telling me that fixing the bicycle is 'een dure grap (an expensive joke)". So they suggested to I get a new bicycle and bought a second-hand from them. It was cheaper than to repair my bicycle completely and the one I bought felt like brand new. I've been using it for over a month and I'm extremely satisfied.
The service itself, the guy is amazing. We were having great conversations and he took all his time and effort to perform his work excellently.

Best garage in all Amsterdam!! I was trying to find a place I can trust and definitely I found it. I went to fix my scooter. I had prevously been fooled at another garage. These men fixed my scooter quickly, efficiently, but above all honestly. Finally, i think it is what you are looking for when you want to repair your vehicles. Super professionals!!! I really recommend this place!!!

I bought a bike from Sam at the end of August. It was a second hand aluminum Cortina for about 300€ in a beautiful condition with a 7 speed derailleur and pedal breaks. I got everything I needed at the store (I even got a spare key for my lock).

Earlier this month I had a problem with the basket holder so I went back and I got it fixed for free, they even put oil in the bike stand and tightened any loose screws.

I recommend this store to anyone who wants fair prices and a life-long service and store for all your bike needs. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to my next visit :-)

I rented a bike for a week but was intimidated because the bike renter I spoke to before I found Sam was trying to get me to accept a bike that was too heavy for me. I figured all of the bikes were that way. Sam offered me just the right bike. It handled well & was a smooth ride. At one point I had a problem with the chain lock & Sam made time to come help me on his day off. I look forward to doing business with Sam again when I'm back in NL.

Great service and great bikes. Me and my wife were in Amsterdam for a week. We rented bikes from Sam Tweewielen Service, and had an amazing experience. The gentleman the helped us (the owner I think) was very kind and helpful and showed us all the details of the bikes. He also made sure the height setting were also set perfectly. My wife has back and hip problems and not once did her back or hip hurt. The owner made sure The bike was set so perfect that no pain was experienced. The best service! Sam is selling, renting and servicing all kind of bikes, I went there yesterday right before closing, as it was the only opened bike shop around till 7 o’clock, and couldn’t be more happy with what I got. Sam is kind hearted, friendly and made sure I wasn’t over my budget :) I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends knowing he takes a good care of everything. My girlfriend and I rented bikes for two days. We were able to bike probably 100+ km on these bikes!

As a cyclist, I was very impressed with the rental bikes. Super easy to ride, no problems with gears, brakes or wheels. The bike itself is a solid piece of metal.

Price is affordable and service was quick, easy and painless. Owner (I assume) is a nice guy and is a joker.

Good place, nice staff and feels honest there. I purchased a 2nd hand bike and they worked hard to prepare it well for me.
